Shipping & Delivery Policy

Durga Enterprise ships A2 Bilona cow ghee, buffalo ghee, and gift/combo packs across India through our logistics partner Zoomway and other reputed courier partners. International/export shipping is planned for the future and will be announced separately once available.

2.1 Serviceable Areas

We currently accept and ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned; please check with us for updates.

2.2 Order Processing Time

•     In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and payment/advance receipt.

•     Orders requiring fresh batch preparation (given our small-batch Bilona process) may take slightly longer; we will inform you proactively of any delay.

2.3 Delivery Timelines

Delivery generally takes 3-9 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, strikes, or regional restrictions.

2.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation on WhatsApp/Instagram. Free shipping, where offered, will be clearly communicated as part of a specific promotion or minimum order value.

2.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

2.6 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

A2 Origins reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of it being placed, including for reasons such as non-availability of stock, address/serviceability issues, or pricing/informational errors. In such cases, any advance paid will be refunded in full.

2.7 Careful Handling of Ghee

Our ghee is packed in sealed glass jars/tins/cans to preserve freshness during transit. We request customers to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video, which helps us resolve any transit-damage claims quickly.
