A2 Origins is a brand operated by Durga Enterprise, a proprietorship based in Kamrej, Surat, Gujarat, India, engaged in the production and sale of A2 Bilona cow ghee, buffalo ghee, and related gift/combo packs, in compliance with FSSAI regulations (License No. 20726022000610).

4.2 Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are transacting with the consent and supervision of a parent/guardian if a minor dependent is placing an order on your account.

4.3 Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or serviceability issues. An order is confirmed only after payment/advance is received and acknowledged by A2 Origins.

4.4 Pricing & Product Information

Prices, weights, and packaging for our products (250ml, 500ml, 1L glass jars, 5L cans, 16.5L tins, and combo packs) are subject to change without prior notice. GST is applicable as per prevailing rates and will be reflected in your invoice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate but do not warrant that colours/packaging shown on screen exactly match the delivered product.

4.5 Payments

We accept prepaid payments through GoKwik (UPI, cards, net banking) and partial Cash on Delivery, where the advance portion is paid online and the balance is collected at delivery. Full payment details will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

4.6 Use of Our Platforms

You agree not to use our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram channels for any unlawful purpose, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We reserve the right to refuse service or block access for any violation of these Terms.

4.7 Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media, including the "A2 Origins" name, logo, tagline "Ek Chammach. Ek Gaay. Ek Zindagi.", product photography, and packaging design, is the intellectual property of Durga Enterprise and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

4.8 Limitation of Liability

A2 Origins and Durga Enterprise, along with our officers, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, except as required under applicable Indian consumer protection and food safety law. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

Our platforms may reference or link to third-party services (such as GoKwik or Zoomway). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or performance of these third parties, and encourage you to review their respective policies.

4.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Durga Enterprise, its owner, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

4.11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy, shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

4.12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the revised version on our website and/or communicating changes via WhatsApp/Instagram. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
